Open access publishing twists & turns

Useful article on the front page of Information World Review (‘Open access is branded ‘junk science’ by US lobby’) on efforts to discredit open access publishing in the US. Shame when you use the search term ‘open access’ on the IWR website that no results are returned. I must be doing something wrong.

Also worth looking at the IWR piece on the views of UK scientist Peter Murray-Rust, which I found without the need for a search engine.
