According to him the company&#039;s CEO got so fed up with his IT department&#039;s &#039;can&#039;t do&#039; attitude he got trid of then and replaced them with &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.accenture.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Accenture&#039;s&lt;/a&gt; &#039;can-do&#039; approach. They may cost more but they sure can get things done. </description>

		<description>Thanks Jon; your point about improving the signal when you&#039;re not in hearing distance reminds me of a quote from Betrand Russell I saw the other day; it said something like the biggest problem in communication is the misconception that communication has actually taken place.</description>
